Once the installation of your new antenna has been booked and a date arranged to do the work, we send a qualified technician to your premises to install the antenna. The technician will assess your individual requirements and answer any questions you may have.

In most cases, the technician who installs your antenna also lives in your area, ensuring that you benefit from his local knowledge and expertise.

And for your peace of mind, in the unlikely event that your technician may encounter a problem on site, our office can provide him with backup technical support and generally at no extra cost to the customer.

Repairs and servicing

Just because your existing antenna isn't working, it doesn't necessarily mean it needs replacing. Many antennas can be serviced or repaired, extending their life by many years and saving you money. In some cases however it may be more economical to replace the existing antenna with a new one, and benefit from our 5 year parts and labour warranty.
